Curriculum - Human Society and its Environment (HSIE)

Mount Terry PS integrates the big ideas and outcomes of HSIE with Science and Technology. Natural links and activities are highlighted in our Scope and Sequence support units. We use quality web sites to access current information. In HSIE we visit interesting places such as the Nan Tien Temple, Sydney Airport and Bluescope Steel. Often a "historical event" is showcased in senior assembly through poetry and dramatisation.
